1. Who we are
Pianazo is an app by Codelabs Studio S.L., registered at Pasaje Federico García Lorca, 6, 3º E, 29130 Alhaurín de la Torre, Málaga, Spain. Contact: [email protected].
2. What Pianazo offers
Pianazo is a tool for learning and practising piano on iPhone, iPad and Android devices. Use is personal and non-commercial. We may add, change or remove features and songs to improve the app.
3. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on your devices. You may not copy, decompile, resell or use the app or its content (songs, sounds, text, design) beyond what the law allows.
4. Musical content
The repertoire includes public-domain works and original pieces. If you believe any content infringes your rights, write to [email protected] and we will review it.
5. Use by children
The app can be used by anyone. In Spain, children under 14 should use it with the knowledge of a parent or guardian, who are responsible for purchases made through the app store on their account.
6. Purchases
The app may be free to download and some features may be offered as an optional in-app purchase. Purchases, prices, refunds and withdrawal rights are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their own terms.
7. Learning and results
Pianazo is a practice aid. We do not guarantee a particular level or a timeline for reaching it. Microphone and MIDI detection can fail depending on the device, the piano and background noise.
8. Availability and liability
We do our best to keep the app error-free, but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or losses arising from using or being unable to use the app. This does not limit the rights the law gives to consumers.
9. Privacy
How data is handled is explained in the privacy policy.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. For important changes we will tell you in the app.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. The courts of Málaga will have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to the venue the law grants to consumers.
